Display of routes between detected journeys
Due to technical circumstances (e.g., the device idling after ignition, GPS search after exiting an underground parking garage, etc.), position data may be missing at the beginning of a detected journey. If this occurs, the detected starting location of a journey may not match the previous parking location.
If the detected starting point and the last parking location are less than 500 m apart (as the crow flies), the start of the subsequent journey is retrospectively set to the end of the previous journey. This results in the following changes:
The address in the trip summary and in the trip list view changes.
The distance traveled is extended to include the straight-line distance between the two points.
The start time and duration of the journey remain unchanged!
The missing section of the route is added as a dashed line at the beginning of the detected journey.
Temporary and permanent display settings in tables and maps
The ability to save display settings has been extended to all maps (e.g., logbook details, alarm details, etc.) and tables. This allows for more convenient use of the functions by reducing the number of clicks required.
Link to share the current view on the web portal
Users can share their current view of a page, including all settings (filters, sorting, etc.), as a link to another user, provided that user has the necessary permissions. To do this, use the new context menu in the upper right corner of the portal.
After clicking on "Share view", a dialog box appears that provides a generated link which can be sent via email, chat or another communication channel.
The link is automatically copied to the clipboard by clicking the "Copy to clipboard" button and can be pasted as text using "Ctrl + V".
