Release: 2.28.30
Date: 30.10.2025
We’re excited to announce a new version of our Portal!
NEW FEATURE: Automatic “trip split” when the purpose changes.
Previously, it was possible to travel both privately and for business within a recognized trip.
The new feature ensures that a change in the purpose of the trip (from private to business or from business to private) in a trip leads to the trip being split. This ensures that data protection is maintained and private trips remain private, while at the same time the business context remains visible!
Note: The purpose of a trip can be specified/changed in the mobile app. Driver check-ins based on DTCO remain unaffected by this, as these are by definition business trips.
NEW FEATURE: Fleet efficiency report shows now also archived vehicles

There is a new row in the report table showing the vehicle status. There are only two possible statuses: active and archived. By default, the table only filters active vehicles. By removing the filter, archived vehicles are also displayed.
NEW FEATURE: Delete and copy to clipboard for platform chat
As is already possible in the app, your own messages can be deleted in the web client. Since deleting your own message cannot be undone, the action must be confirmed in a dialog box.

It is now also possible to copy a text message to the clipboard.
Both actions can be accessed by clicking on the icon at the right end of the message (small downward arrow), which opens a context menu.
Note: Deleting generally only works for messages you have written yourself and for the following types...
text message
image message
file message
NEW FEATURE: Overlay with many trip details in Logbook details page!
The Trip Details page (accessible via the preview map in the logbook entry) now displays a new overlay with the most important contextual data for the trip:

The header displays the start location, destination, and start and end times.
"Stops" area
The first box below shows (when the switch button is activated) the positions (as clickable POIs) in the trace where the vehicle has stopped, according to the detection. Currently, it is possible to display stop times between 2 minutes and 15 minutes. Per default all stops between 2 minutes and 15 minutes are selected.
Is the area expanded the user can get more information like the over all stop duration (for the selected stop range, see below) and durations of the longest 3 stop events with the time when they started.
The user can filter the stop event by selecting the minimum and maximum duration of stop events. Every full minute between 2 and 15 can be selected using the slider. Once the new setting has been confirmed by clicking on “Save custom range,” the values will be updated.
The data for the recognized stop is also displayed at the POI itself using a mouse-over effect.
“Refuelings” area:
The second box shows refueling stops that were detected during the trip. If the switch is enabled, refueling stops are also displayed as POIs on the map.
For each refueling, the time and volume of the refueling are displayed in a list.
As with the POIs for stops, there is a mouse-over effect that displays refueling data at the refueling POI.
